Governing Council, Council of Elders and Faculty Members are the backbone of the organization; A very careful screening process will be installed to select the right members.

Governing Council, Council of Elders and Faculty Members should preferably have all the following traits

• Should be successful working adults, who are an ideal role model for the students
• Should have Love, Truthfulness, Humility, Fearlessness, Peacefulness and Compassion
• Earn wealth through righteousness and use wealth for the promotion of righteousness; and let liberation be their only desire
• These individuals are practicing service to mankind and do not focus merely on their own material benefits
• These leaders do not shun money and power, rather use them to create greater good for the mankind

Executive Team & Volunteers are the arms and legs of the organization; A very careful screening process will be installed to select the right members. Volunteer members comprise of working adults who give time to the organization on Saturdays

Executive Team & Volunteers member should preferably have all the following traits

• Should have Love, Truthfulness, Humility, Fearlessness, Peacefulness and Compassion
• Earn wealth through righteousness and use wealth for the promotion of righteousness; and let liberation be their only desire
• These individuals are practicing service to mankind and do not focus merely on their own material benefits
• They do not shun money and power, rather use them to create greater good for the mankind
